Black Coffee

Brewing a perfect cup of black coffee on this cold, windy Sunday in Bengaluru! I’m a big coffee lover…my favourites being simple filter coffee, black coffee and coffee beat! Without a hot cup of coffee, I just can’t kickstart my day!

A hot cup of coffee along with a good book to read with soothing music in background is just awesome, isnt it?

Ingredients:

  • Hot water – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1.5 tsp
  • Instant coffee powder (Nescafe or Bru) – ¼ tsp

Method

  • Add a hot cup of water & sugar plus coffee powder
  • Give it a good stir!
  • Enjoy your Black coffee with a good book
