“Peri Peri Besan Cheela” – A very simple but yet mouthmelting recipe prepared with Gram flour loaded with your favorite veggies and flavored with Peri Peri Masala….. A must try Sunday brunch recipe to all those who do not wanna spent lot of time in kitchen…!
Ingredients:
Gram flour – 1 cup
Veggies (of your choice, chopped) – 1 cup
Corn (boiled) – ½ cup
Peri Peri Masala – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – ¼ cup
Jeera – 1 tsp
Hing – ¼ tsp
Green chillies (chopped)– ¼ tsp
Method:
Take a bowl add gram flour, jeera, hing, salt, green chillies, veggies & corn. Mix it well
Add appropriate quantity of water to form batter. Leave this batter to rest for 15 minutes
Put 1 scoop of batter on a hot pan, sprinkle little bit of oil & roast it on both sides
Follow the above step to make few more cheelas
In a serving tray, keep all the besan cheelas & sprinkle a generous amount of peri peri masala which will give tangy, peppy taste
