Corn Besan Cheela

“Peri Peri Besan Cheela” – A very simple but yet mouthmelting recipe prepared with Gram flour loaded with your favorite veggies and flavored with Peri Peri Masala….. A must try Sunday brunch recipe to all those who do not wanna spent lot of time in kitchen…!

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour – 1 cup
  • Veggies (of your choice, chopped) – 1 cup
  • Corn (boiled) – ½ cup
  • Peri Peri Masala – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – ¼ cup
  • Jeera – 1 tsp
  • Hing – ¼ tsp
  • Green chillies (chopped)– ¼ tsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl add gram flour, jeera, hing, salt, green chillies, veggies & corn. Mix it well
  • Add appropriate quantity of water to form batter. Leave this batter to rest for 15 minutes
  • Put 1 scoop of batter on a hot pan, sprinkle little bit of oil & roast it on both sides
  • Follow the above step to make few more cheelas
  • In a serving tray, keep all the besan cheelas & sprinkle a generous amount of peri peri masala which will give tangy, peppy taste
  • It’s as simple as this! Enjoy!
