Yes, I did grow a bunch of Microgreens at home and this is the first recipe using homegrown Microgreens. We can call this a Super Nutritional Soup as Microgreens brings in concentrated nutrients. It’s pretty simple to make – stir fry a bunch of freshly harvested microgreens, half onion, 2 cloves of garlic and grind it along with 2 boiled carrots. Grind it into smooth paste. Cook this on low flame, add pepper n jeera powder, salt and lime juice. Cook it till boil. Serve hot!
